Tradesman Pro ("the App") is a job management tool for contractors and tradespeople. It helps you create quotes, track jobs, manage customers, log expenses, and get paid. The App is provided by Tradesman Pro ("we", "us", "our").
By using the App, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.
You can use the App without an account — data is stored locally on your device. To back up your data and sync across devices, you'll need to create an account using your email address or phone number.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. We are not responsible for unauthorized access to your account if your credentials are compromised.
If you choose to sign in with your phone number:
By providing your phone number and requesting a verification code, you expressly consent to receive this transactional SMS message. This consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Free tier: The App is free to use with limits of 100 jobs and 50 customers. Core features including quoting, invoicing, PDF generation, customer management, and payment tracking are included at no cost.
Pro tier ($19/month): Removes all limits and unlocks additional features including voice input, receipt scanning, AI weekly planner, Excel and QuickBooks export, mileage tracking, and before/after photos.
Pro features include AI-powered tools (voice input, receipt scanning, SMS parsing, weekly planner) that use Anthropic's Claude API. These features process only the specific input you provide (a voice transcript, a receipt photo, a pasted text, or job schedule data).
AI features are provided as-is. Results may not always be accurate — always review AI-generated data before sending a quote or invoice to a customer. We are not responsible for errors in AI-processed content.
You own your data. Jobs, customers, expenses, and profile information you enter belong to you. We do not claim any ownership or license over your business data.
You can export your data at any time (CSV, Excel, or QuickBooks format) and delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings.
We use anonymized usage analytics (such as "job saved" or "PDF sent") to improve the App. No personal or business data is included in analytics events.

We aim to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We may update the App from time to time. Updates may add, change, or remove features. We will communicate significant changes through the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not responsible for:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You can stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with notice where possible.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases. Data stored locally on your device remains accessible to you. Cloud-stored data will be retained for 30 days after account deletion to allow recovery, then permanently deleted.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
