Getting started
What is Tradesman Pro?
A simple business app for solo contractors - quotes, scheduling, job tracking, and getting paid, in English or Spanish. Built for the field: big buttons, fast, works on any phone.
How do I install it on my phone?
It installs straight from the browser - no app store needed.
iPhone: open
app.tradesmanpro.app in Safari, tap the Share button, then "Add to Home Screen."
Android: open it in Chrome, menu, "Add to Home screen." It then works like any app, including offline.
How do I sign in?
With your Google account or your email (we send you a sign-in link - no password to remember). Phone-number sign-in is coming soon.
Does it work in Spanish?
Yes - completely. Settings, Language, Espanol. Quotes and invoices can be sent to your customer in either language.
Quotes & jobs
How do quotes work?
Create a job with a price, then send your customer a quote link by text. They see a clean page with your name and the price, and tap Accept - you get the celebration in the app. No account needed on their side.
What is the Job log?
The running record of a job: hours, materials, receipts, and notes as you go. It feeds your real numbers - what the job actually cost you.
What happens when I close a job?
The Close sheet asks what you charged, how many hours it took, any final costs, and how it went. From that it shows your real hourly rate for the job - and the Results tab keeps the story: collected, costs, profit, your rate.
What is the Calendar vs. Plan my week?
The Calendar is your schedule - every job by day, week, or month. Plan my week is the optimizer: it looks at your open jobs and suggests the smartest order to run them. They work together.
Getting paid
How do I collect payment?
Mark a job paid when the money lands, request a deposit up front, or show the customer your QR code to pay you in person. The Money tab tracks collected, spent, and profit every month.
Can I send an invoice?
Yes - every job has a professional PDF quote/invoice with your business details, viewable and sendable from the Actions tab.
Your data & exports
How do I get my numbers to my accountant?
Money, then Export. Pick what you want (jobs, customers, money, a year-end tax package, or a per-customer statement), the format (Excel, CSV, QuickBooks), and the time period. The tax package includes income, expenses, and mileage.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your data syncs securely to your account so you never lose it, and we never sell it. Full details in our

How do I delete my account?

We only text you one-time sign-in codes that you request. Message frequency: one per sign-in. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Details in our

Como la instalo?

Como inicio sesion?
Con tu cuenta de Google o tu correo (te enviamos un enlace - sin contrasena). Pronto: con tu numero de telefono.
Como funcionan las cotizaciones?
Creas el trabajo con su precio y le mandas al cliente un enlace por mensaje. El ve tu nombre y el precio, y toca Aceptar.
Como cobro?
Marca el trabajo como pagado, pide un deposito, o muestra tu codigo QR para que te paguen en persona.
Mis datos son privados?
